Taken from Harian Jogja Daily Newspaper, published on Friday, 27 June 2008. This caricature was about one civil servants at Yogyakarta that involved in rental-car run off for almost 6 months. For what she has done, she was called PNS or Pegawai Ning Slengekan (Javanese word for the restive civil servants).
