SPECIAL UNIFORM - CONTRA

Taken from Seputar Indonesia Daily Newspaper published on Monday, 11 August 2008. This caricature was about the statement of the National Commission on Human Rights (Komnas HAM) chairman Ifdhal Kasim on the plan on dressing graft suspects in special uniforms in a bid to deter more people from such offenses. He said that the plan violates the human rights and the law. There is a presumption of innocence principle in place during court trials.
