This caricature was about the denial statement of Miranda Swaray Goeltoem the Bank Indonesia senior deputy governor on a report by the Financial Transaction Report Analysis Center (PPATK) of some 400 traveler's checks at the heart of a House of Representatives graft scandal for electing her as the Bank Indonesia senior deputy governor in 2004.
