Taken from Seputar Indonesia Daily Newspaper published on Thursday, 31 July 2008. This cartoon was about the guarantee of Mr. Vice President on the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) investigation regarding to BI graft case that implicating the two Cabinet ministers as the recipients of illegal Bank Indonesian funds in 2003, beside the other 50 of the Finance Commission at the House of Representatives, in the period of 1999 to 2004.
