Taken from Seputar Indonesia Daily Newspaper published on Thursday, 31 July 2008. This caricature was the complement of Hajriyanto Y. Thohari opinion titled "Quo Vadis Ketetapan MPR?" that discussed about the People`s Consultative Assembly decree after the amandment of the 1945 constitution and the Law 10/2004 that makes the People`s Consultative Assembly decree became nothing due to it did not have any legal power.
